Candle Care & Safety*
As you enjoy your candle, please remember to follow these care and safety tips.
Always keep your candles in a cool and dry place.
When lighting the candle for the first time, burn until the wax melts across the entire surface to the sides of the vessel.
Trim your wick before each burn to promote an even burn and steady flame.
Never leave a candle burning on or near anything that can catch fire such as furniture, drapes, books, paper or other flammable material.
Do not leave unattended where children or pets can access burning candle.
Extinguish candle flame before going to sleep.
Recommended burn time is 4 hours per session.

Order Processing & Shipping*
Orders are usually processed within 5 business days from the time the order is placed. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit.
You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Products typically ship on Wednesdays
Lost or Stolen Packages::
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but appears to have been stolen. Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24 - 48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but you did not receive the package.
We will send the candle to the address provided. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect, incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or the carrier delivering to the wrong address.
Please email us immediately once you discover the wrong address has been provided. We may edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship, however once the package had shipped, we are unable to intercept to make changes.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 GUIDELINE: Due to Covid-19 there may be delays outside of our control. From time to time, we will conduct audit and sanitization in our warehouse to ensure safety for our fulfillment team. These activities may delay fulfillment by 1-2 business days.
